Kids’ Club: Family fun this spring

By AMA Staff

There are lots of things for kids to see and do this spring. Here’s a roundup of activities to satisfy your youth brigade this spring.

BOWLED OVER
“I’m bored.” Yes, you’ll very likely hear this on repeat over March Break. To avoid the dreaded refrain, hit up a local Bowl Alberta alley. From cosmic bowling to arcade action, you’ll find boredom busters galore. And don’t forget to show your AMA card to save 20% on regular open-play rates at participating Bowl Alberta locations.

KIDS GO FREE
Did you know you can extend your AMA membership to cover children? They’ll receive their own AMA card so they’re protected in any vehicle—anytime, anywhere—in Alberta. We’ll also contact you to let you know your child is safe. We can help when they’re travelling on two wheels, too. If they get a flat on their bike, we’re on it. (We’ll even bring them and their bicycle home, when needed.) Kids can also save at the mall and local attractions. With Plus or Premier membership, you can add kids for free. Got a Basic membership? Upgrade today so your Kids Go Free.

UNLOCKING SHERLOCK
By Jove! From March 25 to September 5 you can get up close and personal with a legendary sleuth by visiting the International Exhibition of Sherlock Holmes at Telus World of Science Edmonton. In the interactive experience, kids can help solve cases and explore the mysterious world of Holmes and his rogues gallery. AMA members save 10% on admission

MUST-SEE MOVIES
Blockbuster season is heating up. Catch these kid-focused flicks and don’t forget: AMA members save on Cineplex movie tickets. Get them at an AMA centre.

Disney’s Zootopia imagines a world where people are animals—rabbit cops, fast-talking foxes, gazelle supermodels and much more. Opens March 4
